Salary: $2,500 – $4,000 per month (depending on experience)

Work Days: Monday to Friday

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Customer Service Manager to join our real estate team. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth experience from first enquiry through to closing and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the customer service team to deliver excellent client support
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and messages in a timely, professional manner
  • Coordinate with agents, sales, and operations to resolve client issues and requests
  • Oversee the customer journey from initial contact to post-sale follow-up
  • Track and improve customer satisfaction (feedback, reviews, response times, etc.)
  • Develop and implement customer service policies, scripts, and workflows
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members to meet KPIs
  • Prepare regular reports on customer service performance for management
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer service, ideally in real estate or a related industry
  • Previous team leader / supervisor / manager experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused, patient, and professional at all times
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and basic office software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
