The ideal candidate should have a degree in a relevant engineering field and over 5 years of experience in the construction industry. A Class 3 driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, and quantity surveying within the construction industry.
• Proven track record of securing contracts and managing cost estimation.
• Preferably possess Class 3 driving license with own transport.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to secure projects.
• Prepare and present project proposals, tenders, and technical sales presentations.
• Monitor ongoing projects to ensure compliance with contract terms and budgetary constraints.
