Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in SAP implementation and migration processes.
  • Proficiency in managing Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards and best practices.
  • Experience in the retail industry or similar sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) process design and governance.
  • Drive process standardization and digitization.
  • Define the vision and roadmap for RTR processes.
  • Lead reviews and re-engineering to eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Act as authority for RTR process changes and compliance.
  • Partner with Corporate Control and Internal Audit.
  • Define and track KPIs to identify inefficiencies.
  • Drive continuous improvement leveraging RPA, AI, and process mining.
  • Build relationships across Finance, IT, Operations, and Business Units.
  • Champion change management strategies.
