About the job R&D Engineer (Sputtering / Semiconductor Process) | MNC

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the sputtering machine is tuned to operate at maximum capacity without compromising performance.
  • Adjust the sputtering parameters to maintain high-quality output, minimizing defects and inconsistencies.
  • Regularly monitor and maintain the sputtering equipment to ensure it remains in optimal condition.
  • Optimize the sputtering process to maximize the efficient use of materials, reducing waste.
  • Work closely with teams from different departments to ensure smooth operations and address any cross-functional issues.
  • Analyze data from the sputtering process to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Based on data analysis, make precise adjustments to the sputtering machine to enhance performance and quality.
  • Implement a continuous improvement approach to keep refining the sputtering process and achieve better results over time.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Degree in any Engineering fields with 3-4 years in the manufacturing process monitoring experience.
  • Fresh Degree in Chemical Engineering/Material Science.
  • Good understanding for Sputtering-related knowledge such as PVD, CVD processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with exposure to software tools (Minitab, Microsoft Office).
