Job summary

• Salary: up to $4,600 (Depending on experiences)

Job Description

• Setting research and development goals that align with customer and market needs．
• Planning and executing tests to meet design and development objectives, and analyzing the results．
• Verifying the validity of designs through performance evaluations of prototypes, including customer assessments．
• Designing and validating mass production processes．
• Preparing technical reports and filing patent applications．
• Enhancing customer satisfaction through communication with the sales team
• Complying with departmental policies, safety regulations, and compliance standards
• Promoting continuous improvement of R&D processes and performance

Job Requirement

• Degree in a related field such as chemistry, polymer materials, or textile engineering
• 2–3years of experience in production technology of synthetic fibers, especially melt spinning of thermoplastic resins such as PVC, is preferred．
• Willingness and ability to travel on short notice for customer visits in Africa and to participate in industry events
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to high-stress situations.
• Basic proficiency in Japanese is desirable to facilitate smooth business negotiations and communication with Japanese speaking customers and Japanese speaking colleagues from Japan HQ.
• Class 3 driving license
