• Show customers how to maneuver the App.
• Assist customers on how to maneuver microsite.
• Manage customers with Q matic system to issue Q.
• Assist customers with Sim Exchange & Router exchange.
• Assist customers to do Prepaid top ups.
• Handle all other customer queries.

Working hours

Any 5 days in a week (Mon-Sun), 11am-8pm or 12pm - 9pm (Retail Hours).
