Quantity Surveyor (M&E)

Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for providing administration support to the QS Department, preparing BQ and costing for project Tender Submission, and ensuring a thorough understanding of Tenders with respect to scope of work, pricing schedule, and non-material requirements. Additionally, you will handle other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the QS Department
  • Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and costing for project tender submissions
  • Understand and analyze tenders in relation to scope of work and pricing schedules
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents
  • Collaborate with project teams to gather necessary information for cost estimation
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
Qualifications
  • Diploma Holder in Electrical and/or Mechanical Works
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of Project Tendering experience
  • Strong understanding of M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) works
