Responsibilities

• Take off quantities and perform cost comparison for main work trades; negotiate and analyze costs for tenders.
• Compute costing, monitor and maintain project site cost expenditure.
• Prepare tender submissions including bills of quantities and discuss pricing with Manager.
• Source quotations and manage contracts; obtain subcontractor quotations for various trades.
• Prepare monthly progress claims and cost analysis based on architectural drawings and materials.
• Follow-up on final submissions, Tender Questionnaires, and interviews.
• Monitor progress claims and liaise with vendors.
• Attend site meetings for ongoing projects.
• Process variations orders (VO) and prepare final accounts.
• Handle significant contractual issues including extensions of time, loss and expense claims, terms and conditions.
• Liaise and maintain rapport with clients, contractors, and consultants on certification of claims for payments.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure client requirements are delivered.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications
