Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience in building construction.
• Experience in full QS role in A1 Main-con preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation.
• Liaise with suppliers and source for competitive quotations.
• Submission of monthly progress claims and VO.
• Evaluate sub-contractors’ claims and settle accounts.
