• Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Incentives + OT + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive cost estimates and prepare project budgets for construction assignments.
• Track and manage expenditure to ensure project costs remain within approved limits throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Negotiate terms and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
• Deliver accurate and timely financial updates and reports to project leaders and stakeholders.
• Identify cost‑saving measures and strategies to enhance project profitability.
• Work closely with project teams to address and resolve financial or contractual challenges.
• Ensure all activities align with current industry standards and regulatory requirements.
