Job summary

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist Project Manager to establish the quantity, unit rate, cost. Manage the procurement, evaluation, claim, payment process and prepare the necessary data for cost reporting.

  • Quantity take-off and generation of Schedule of Quantity
  • Prepare BOQ in line with SMM or NRM with the specification
  • Request for quotation from vendor and preparation of subcontract agreement and / or purchase order.
  • Change analysis and cost checking planning for management of variation. Generation and evaluate multiple cost estimate.
  • Evaluation, certification and documentation of work done.
  • Validation of work done and submission of progress claim and necessary documentation.
  • Communicate with stakeholder in accordance with the contractual obligation.
  • Willing to work visit site to verify claim.
  • With local working experience
