We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Singapore's thriving construction industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing project costs, preparing tender documents, and ensuring financial efficiency throughout the construction process.
Job Description

Responsibilities:

Scope covers procurement, contracts, cost control, cashflow, project budgeting, project administration, claims, cost analysis etc.

  • Tabulate quantities, estimate cost and request for quotation
  • Knowledge of construction products and costings
  • Updating contract documents, drawings, and correspondences
  • Submission of progress claims and site valuations
  • Preparation of Variation Order for submission
  • Liaise with subcontractors and clients
  • Liaise with project team for those material purchased directly to maintain, track and update the balance to be purchased
  • Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
  • Ensure timely completion of an assign project

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveyor or Engineering or equivalent
  • Preferably 1 years of QS experience
  • Computer skills – Microsoft office skill (Excel, Words. AutoCAD, etc.)
  • Independent, resourceful, pro-active and responsible
  • Work under tight timeline
  • Must be team player
  • Able to commence work at a short notice or immediate.
