  • Review and advise the Project Manager on cost impact for project specification variations.

Overview

As a quantity surveyor, you will be a part of our project team, assisting in cost management, procurement, and quality control. You will work closely with our contracts manager and project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Build up quotations from schedule of rates (SOR).
  • Responsible for taking off measurement from site & monthly progress claims.
  • Ability to source for supplies and sub-contractors for quotation for tendering
  • Preparation of tender’s submissions and contracts.
  • Review and advise the Project Manager on the cost impact for variation of project specification.
  • Other quantity surveyor duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building or other relevant certificates
  • At least 3 years of local working experience in quantity surveying required.
  • Proficient in MS Office Outlook, Words, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Good team player, proactive and independent
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Self‑motivated, responsible, and well organized.
