Job description
QHSE MANAGER(Manufacturing – Precision Engineering)

A fast expanding manufacturing company (precision engineering) located in the west-side of Singapore is looking for a highly motivated manager to be a part of our team.

  • Lead QHSE divisions:
    • Manage all health, safety, environmental, and quality functions of the Company. This includes developing and implementing QHSE systems, ensuring compliance with regulations (ISO standards), and leading your team to deliver high-quality products and minimise COPQ.

    • Work with other departments in order to design and drive quality process initiatives

  • QHSE audits and inspections:
    • As the Company’s IMS Management Representative, you will be responsible for all internal and external audits and inspections to ensure compliance and re-certification requirements,

    • Manage and measure supplier quality performance and conduct on-site audits

  • Incident investigation and reporting:
    • You will be responsible for timely investigation of non-conformances, responding to customer complaints in a timely manner. This includes involving and driving the participation of other department heads to carry out corrective actions and implementation. You will also need to prepare reports and ensure they are submitted to the client within deadlines.

  • Manage QA/QC teams:
    • Responsible for the day-to-day activities of the QA, QC and NDE teams. This includes measuring, analysing data and identifying areas for improvement.

    • Promote continuous improvement, conduct training and ensure that their competencies are met

Requirements:
  • Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years of QHSE experience in manufacturing environment

  • Certified ISO lead auditor and has MR experience

  • Exposed to extensive usage of ERP, good language proficiency, energetic, hands‑on mentality and a willingness to learn
