The successful candidate will have at least 6 years’ experience in Quality Management and 3 years in a managerial role. Responsibilities include developing quality assurance programs, managing audits, and overseeing subcontractors. The role requires a diploma in Mechanical or Quality Engineering and strong knowledge of process improvement. Competitive salary of $4900-$6000 offered.

• Coordinate inter-department efforts to meet schedules and quality goals.
• Approve nonconformance dispositions and drive continuous improvement.
• Report QA system performance to management and ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical or Quality Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in Quality Management, including 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, audits, and process improvement.
• Able to travel between Tuas and Loyang plants.
