Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant shipyard experience.
• Solid understanding of shipbuilding processes and ability to interpret technical specifications.
• Willingness to work permanently at a shipyard in Batam.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead the Quality Control team to inspect and verify each stage of vessel construction.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and structural standards.
