Job summary

A global semiconductor foundry in Singapore is looking for a quality assurance engineer to manage OQA operations and site quality certifications. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, ideally with experience in the semiconductor industry.   • Familiar with Fab process flow is an additional advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage OQA operations including lot review and quality assurance.
  • Handle site quality related certifications and audits.
  • Manage calibration of factory metrology tools.
  • Oversee abnormal lot management and events.
  • Support FAB in process development criteria.
  • Lead improvement projects for work efficiency.

Job description
Job Responsibilities
  • OQA operations: Abnormal lot review/release, inspection recipe set‑up, inspection tool evaluation, outgoing quality assurance. For OQA support, there is likelihood that engineer need on duty standby when there is urgent shipment after office hours or on weekends.
  • QMS (Certification & Audit): Handle site quality related certifications, coordinating 3rd party audits, execute local factory internal audit including ESD, QMS, product & processes.
  • Calibration & MSA: Manage calibration standard wafer and ensuring factory metrology tools are calibrated and validated pass.
  • Abnormal lot management: Management of excursion lot/events including material review, major abnormal excursion event notification CA/PA.
  • Support FAB on management of process development and porting to ensure as necessary criteria and documentation are met prior to process release.
  • Improvement projects to continually improve work effectiveness & efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Physics, Optoelectronic, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical, Statistics, Electrical and Electronic, Mathematical Statistics, Materials Engineering, Computer, Applied Mathematics, and other Engineering disciplines related.
  • Candidate with working experience in semiconductor industry is preferred.
  • Familiar with Fab process flow is an additional advantage for considerations.
  • Experience in QA field is also an advantage for considerations.
  • Ability to work independently.
