Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all quality control operations and daily departmental activities.
• Plan QC work schedules and ensure alignment with production requirements.
• Supervise and guide the QC team, manage workflows, and enforce quality procedures and policies.
• Implement and maintain inspection, testing, and evaluation processes to meet company standards.
• Identify and resolve technical/operational issues and drive continuous improvement within the department, including maintaining QMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, AS9100, ISO 45001, Nadcap).

Job Requirements

• Min diploma in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing or its equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in quality control or quality management.
• Strong knowledge of QC processes, QMS standards, inspection/testing methods, and safety regulations.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to make sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
