Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Food Science and Technology, Chemistry, Nutrition, Microbiology, or equivalent.
• Preferably 1-2 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 22000 & ISO 9001 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sampling of finished goods and inspect raw materials.
• Maintain and update QC master lists and records.
• Plan and conduct GMP and food safety training.
