The Quality Assurance & Service Specialist position in the Engineering / Manufacturing department at Mainapur Industrial Area, Meerut Road, Ghaziabad reports directly to the Managing Director (MD).As a Quality Assurance & Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products and services align with both company and customer expectations. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting inspections and audits, identifying and resolving defects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and enhancing customer service processes to improve satisfaction levels.Your key responsibilities will involve:- Developing and implementing quality control processes and testing procedures.- Conducting inspections, audits, and performance evaluations.- Identifying and resolving defects or non-conformance issues.- Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.- Maintaining and analyzing quality records, reports, and data.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product or service quality.- Training employees on quality standards and best practices.- Ensuring prompt and effective customer service.- Monitoring service quality and addressing customer complaints.- Identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience.- Collaborating with teams to develop solutions to recurring service issues.- Maintaining records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.- Training staff on customer service protocols and best practices.Requirements & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.- Experience in quality assurance, customer service, or a related role.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.- Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and tools.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.Preferred Skills:- Experience with ISO standards or Lean methodologies.- Proficiency in quality management software.- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.This is a full-time position based on day shift with benefits including leave encashment.
