To support this growth, we are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to develop, implement, and maintain an ISO management system for our IAQ testing services.
Develop and implement the ISO quality management system for IAQ testing and monitoring services
Prepare the laboratory for ISO accreditation, including coordination with accreditation bodies
Develop quality documentation including policies, procedures, SOPs, forms, and records
Establish document control, corrective action, risk management, and continuous improvement processes
Plan and conduct internal audits and support management reviews
Ensure compliance with technical and management requirements of ISO
Support method validation/verification, measurement uncertainty, and traceability in collaboration with technical staff
Act as the primary quality contact during external assessments and audits
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work hands-on in a growing, fast-paced environment
