The Opportunity:

We are seeking a hands‑on Quality Assurance Manager to build and lead the quality framework for our IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) laboratory and services. This is a foundational role where you will be instrumental in achieving ISO accreditation and establishing a culture of scientific rigor and continuous improvement from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the ISO Quality Management System for our IAQ testing and monitoring services.
• Lead the laboratory's preparation for ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, serving as the primary liaison with accreditation bodies.
• Develop comprehensive quality documentation, including policies, SOPs, work instructions, and records.
• Establish and manage core quality processes: document control, corrective/preventive action (CAPA), risk management, and management review.
• Plan and conduct internal audits and support external audit processes.
• Ensure technical compliance by supporting method validation/verification, measurement uncertainty estimation, and traceability programs.
• Act as the Management Representative and primary point of contact for all external assessments.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• Proven experience in establishing a QMS and preparing a laboratory for ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation is highly advantageous.
• Excellent technical documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• A hands‑on, proactive mindset suited for a growing, fast‑paced environment.
