Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a qualified individual to lead and manage a team of technicians and inspectors in quality assurance for lift and escalator projects. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge, extensive experience in managing operations, and confidence in audit representation. Job description

Location: Ubi
Working Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:45 p.m.
Salary: Up to $4,500

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of technicians and inspectors, overseeing daily work allocation, performance, and technical standards.
• Drive quality assurance across installation, modernization, and high-risk lift projects, ensuring all works meet regulatory and safety requirements.
• Review and endorse inspection findings, defect classifications, and technical reports with accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure full compliance with BCA, MOM, Singapore Standards, and Codes of Practice, including readiness for Authority Inspections and OPTO submissions.
• Spearhead defect reduction initiatives and continuous improvement programs across field operations.
• Coordinate closely with Installation & Testing, Field Services, subcontractors, and external stakeholders on quality and safety matters.
• Develop, update, and maintain inspection procedures, checklists, KPIs, and documentation in support of ISO audits and management systems.
