Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, review, and audit internal processes to ensure full compliance with EduTrust and SSG regulatory standards.
  • Collect, analyse, and interpret data on student outcomes, satisfaction levels, and key performance indicators to support institutional planning and continuous improvement.
  • Identify quality gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality assurance and administrative documentation, and prepare reports for management review and accreditation submissions.
  • Provide administrative support across academic and operational functions, including document control, scheduling, coordination, and general office administration.
  • Perform front desk duties, including handling walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and emails, attending to students and visitors, and directing enquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Support student services and daily office operations to ensure a professional, welcoming, and efficient front-line experience.
  • Promote a culture of service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across teaching, learning, and operational processes.
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned in support of institutional operations and compliance objectives.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Education, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with EduTrust and SSG requirements will be an advantage.
  • Strong organisational, documentation, and coordination skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with students, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
