• Developing an understanding of biopharmaceutical development.
• Understanding cGMP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely release of products and QC test results.
• Oversee laboratory operations including testing and assay transfer.
• Track and review biosafety testing for all products.
• Develop QC personnel through coaching and training.
• Ensure overall GMP compliance and laboratory safety.
• Represent QC during regulatory and customer inspections.
