Job description
Responsibilities:
Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO standards.
Help prepare and update quality documents such as procedures, work instructions, and manuals.
Assist in quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements.
Conduct inspections and tests, including Non-Destructive Testing (DPI, MPI) must hold Level 2 certification.
Record inspection results, track rework and defects, and enter data into the system.
Review blueprints and technical drawings to confirm product compliance.
Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues.
Monitor tools and equipment for safety and performance; report any issues.
Work with the team to identify improvement areas using quality data and trends.
Help with audits and inspections to maintain certifications and compliance.
Provide basic quality training and guidance to staff when needed.
Assist in evaluating supplier quality and maintaining quality agreements.
Promote a culture of quality and support 5S practices to ensure a clean, safe work environment.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet quality goals
Requirements:
