Job Descriptions:

• You are required to perform checks, prepare quality reports, and lead regular meetings with Clients, Consultants and sub-contractor.
• Responsible for establishment and implementation of Project's quality control system for MEP services construction activities executed by direct hire and subcontractor personnel.
• Supervise inspection activities performed by Quality Control (QC) and Field Engineers, in accordance with the Project Construction QC Plan.
• Supervise and coordinate the inspection and testing activities performed by Material Testing and Inspection subcontractor.
• Perform Quality Audits on office and site records.
• Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system.
• Recommend and implement improvements when required.
• Ensure construction process implementation as per approved methodology & correct testing procedure as per approved ITP.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 year experience of Quality Control matters.
• LTA Project Experience is preferred
• Singaporean/PR preferred.
