Job summary

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing quality assurance and quality control processes for a major MRT infrastructure project. In this role, you will ensure that all construction activities, materials, and processes strictly comply with LTA specifications and contractual quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute quality assurance strategies tailored to project requirements, ensuring alignment with LTA standards and contractual obligations.
• Supervise quality control for precast segment production and installation, including on-site and precast yard inspections.
• Manage material submission and approval processes for TBM-related works and cross passage tunnel construction.
• Ensure segment traceability through the TEMS system and ensure compliance with the approved method statements.
• Perform internal audits and provide support for follow-ups to external audits.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), including investigation, follow-up, and implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
• Compile and submit monthly quality performance reports to headquarters and relevant regulatory bodies.
• Provide training for site workers in segment repairs and gasket installation procedures.
• Attend and contribute to progress review meetings with the LTA and internal stakeholders on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Job Requirements:
