Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role or Microbiological Laboratory.
• Knowledge in ISO 22000 Food Management System, GMP, GLP and ICP.
• Experience in food industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect production areas according to ISO 22000 standards.
• Maintain and update documentations for ISO 22000.
• Perform outgoing goods inspection and conduct physical analysis of food products.
• Work with R&D chef for shelf-life testing.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
