Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented QA/QC Assistant / QA Engineer to support our quality assurance and control operations. You’ll be responsible for implementing QA/QC plans, conducting inspections, managing documentation, and ensuring all project works comply with quality standards and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain QA/QC plans, procedures, and documentation.
  • Conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Prepare and review Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), inspection reports, and related documentation.
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams on quality matters and attend project meetings.
  • Maintain calibration records and coordinate equipment calibration when due.
  • Verify material certificates, testing reports, and coordinate with testing laboratories.
  • Report and analyze non-conformities, recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support ISO and QMS compliance, including document control and audit preparation.
  • Perform other QA/QC duties as assigned by the QA/QC Manager or Project Manager.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Marine Engineering.
  • 1–2 years of QA/QC experience in the Marine or Oil & Gas industry.
  • Welding Certificate is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, QMS, and marine/offshore standards.
  • Familiarity with GD&T, NDT, welding, fabrication, or machining preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
