Objective:

Job description:

• Implement and enforce company quality standards and practices in the factory to ensure consistent achievements of quality goals.

• Monitor quality performance throughout the production process from raw materials to shipment, collaborate with relevant departments to resolve quality non-conformance issues promptly.

• Provide training and guidance to relevant departments on quality requirements for new products and styles.

• Identify quality issues in manufacturing, ascertain root causes, and work with relevant departments to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvements.

• Promote quality awareness across the organization, disseminate information related to quality to ensure alignments on quality standards and requirements.

• Train and monitor the quality team to enhance their skills and efficiency.
