• 7+ years of experience in quality assurance, including 3+ years in a lead role.
• Strong expertise in QA methodologies and test automation frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QA team, including mentorship and task allocation.
• Define and implement QA processes and standards for testing.
• Develop and maintain test strategies, cases, and automation scripts.
