Job summary

A leading F&B company in Singapore seeks a dedicated Quality Assurance Executive (Part-Time) to maintain food safety and quality standards. The role requires ensuring safe food production, conducting inspections, and compliance with HACCP and ISO 22000 standards. Quality Assurance Executive (Part-Time)

Location: 8 Senoko S Rd, CHNG Kee's Foodlink, Singapore 758095

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Executive to support our food production operations and ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained across all JR Group facilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure food produced and delivered to customers is safe, of good quality, and fit for consumption.
  • Provide technical support to ensure smooth business operations and compliance with food safety standards.
  • Carry out quality assurance activities including raw material checks, in-process and final product inspections, and monitoring of critical control points.
  • Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards across all production and food handling areas.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to enhance food processing quality and safety.
  • Monitor HACCP, ISO 22000, and Halal system implementation and documentation.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in HACCP, ISO 22000, SFA, Halal, and F&B outlet audits.
  • Prior experience in a Central Kitchen environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and regulatory standards.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant QA experience.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
