• Conduct quality-related training sessions.
• Support customer surveys and audits.
• Lead continuous improvement activities.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably knowledgeable in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and statistical techniques.
• Auditing experience is a plus.
• Understanding of system flow and databases is an added advantage.
