Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee PCN (Product Change Notification) management, IQA (Incoming Quality Assurance), and supplier coordination.

• Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS), successfully handling customer audits.

• Manage the process of SPC / QBD / AWAT, AVI recipe, lot disposition, analyze defects.

• Implement robust process control measures including PCN, FMEA, and Control Plan to ensure high efficiency.

• Manage IQA for direct process raw material quality and supplier interactions, ensuring production stability.

• Take a leading role or actively participate in projects aimed at productivity enhancement, daily job optimization, and continuous improvement of the quality system.

• Fab abnormal handling, customer handling, such as assist in fault investigation.

• Other assignment by manager, such as supporting 2nd/3rd parties audit, cross site activity, coach junior team member, etc.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Physics, Chemical Engineering or Other Engineering-related.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in engineering field.

• Candidates with more than 5 years' semiconductor process/quality/integration experience can be considered for senior role.
