Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for control of labs’ tools maintenance, troubleshooting and consumables inventory
• Evaluation and audit of test equipment.
• Establishment of instrument operation, calibration, and maintenance specifications, as well as promoting the implementation of troubleshooting and repair.
• Test method development and validation, measurement traceability and measurement inaccuracy evaluation.
• Development, establishment and improvement of routine monitoring methods
• Prepare analysis report and follow up on abnormalities detected, ensuring closed-loop.
• Execute matrix samplings setup and analysis during Fab abnormality event.
• Manage on sample handling such as proper labeling and storage.
• Ensure proper segregation of chemical and waste.
• Execute chemical lab staff training and certification, including maintenance of records.
• Execute and maintain chemical lab 6s.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Experience in Semiconductor Chemical Analysis Laboratory
• Possess good analytical and troubleshooting skills
