Job summary

A food services company in Singapore is looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to manage hygiene checks, maintain certification documents, and ensure product quality. Candidates with at least GCE ‘O’ Level and relevant experience, or fresh graduates, are encouraged to apply. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are necessary, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a structured working schedule from 8am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Nitec / Diploma in Quality Assurance or related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred, but candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge and experience in food manufacturing or related industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily on-site hygiene checks.
  • Maintain food safety management system ISO22000 documents.
  • Perform regular sampling and quality checks of products.
  • Support internal and regulatory audits.
  • Assist in investigation customer feedback and product non-conformities.

  • Conduct daily on-site hygiene checks to ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Maintain and upkeep food safety management system ISO22000 documents and process control.
  • Assist in the maintaining relevant halal certification documentation.
  • Perform regular sampling and quality checks of incoming, in-process, and outgoing products to ensure compliance with prescribed specifications and quality standards.
  • Support internal, external and regulatory audits.
  • Assist in investigation customer feedback and product non-conformities.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve quality issues and determine disposition.
  • Ensure adherence to all SOPs across operations.
  • Monitor sanitation practices and pest control systems are in place.
  • Liaise with vendors and contractors on QA related matters.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors or deem fit by management.
Job Requirements
