• Negotiate contracts, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and track order statuses.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with site supervisors for material requirements.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Liaise with project managers, quantity surveyors, and warehouse teams to support project timelines.
• Resolve delivery, quality, or pricing issues with suppliers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the construction industry.
• Good knowledge of building materials, suppliers, and construction project cycles.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
