Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Purchaser to manage order scheduling and inventory documentation. The ideal candidate will hold a Professional Certificate, Nitec, or Diploma in Logistics Management and have at least 1 year of relevant experience. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and involves various logistics and inventory functions such as procurement, material management, and coordination with sales on inventory issues. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

  • Professional Certificate, Nitec, or Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule orders to fulfil the inventory.
  • Process Purchase Orders and documentation.
  • Assist in operations and inventory control matters.
  • Support inventory and logistics functions.
  • Process and handle inventory documentation.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing materials and equipment.
  • Supervise and coordinate transporting, stacking and shipping activities.
  • Manage warehouse and lay down area.
  • Coordinate with Sales Department on inventory shortfalls or late deliveries.

Working Location: Near Upper Thomson MRT
Salary: $2,500 to $2,800
