Job description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To manage day-to-day estate matters, including the inspection, identify building defects, manage & supervise maintenance including improvement works done by contractors.

Arrange and inspect the work for horticulture, pest control, conservancy cleaning, projects upgrading and other estate maintenance works.

Attend and follow up on enquiries from residents.

Carry out enforcement actions for common property and open spaces in accordance to Town Council by-laws.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • NITEC in Facilities Technology/ Building Management / Facilities Management or related.
  • Fresh graduates and entry level in Diploma are welcome to apply. No experience needed as training will be provided.
  • Working hours: Mon - Fri: 8am to 5pm AND one Saturday per month: 8am to 1pm.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills as the officer will have to communicate with residents from time to time when needed.
  • IT savvy.
