Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in M&E or civil/building background preferred.
• Experiences and technical knowledge in facilities management and project management required.
• Knowledge of statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor repair and replacement work.
• Liaise with building owner, FMC, and tenants regarding responsibilities.
• Engage with tenants to address their needs during work periods.
• Attend meetings and inspections, providing updates.
• Prepare engineering, facilities, and project reports.
• Promote a 'Safety First' culture across sites.
