Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Project System – Systems Executive to support the rollout, implementation, and ongoing facility management of a wide range of electronics and infocomm systems.
These systems include Communications, Navigational, Radar Surveillance, and Meteorological (CNS) domains essential to operational continuity.
The ideal candidate will possess strong engineering fundamentals, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and project teams in a dynamic operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the system implementation rollout and facility management for electronics and infocomm systems covering Communications, Navigational, Radar Surveillance & Meteorological competencies.
- Ensure compliance with best engineering practices and design methodologies appropriate for airport environments.
- Develop and manage resource planning, budgeting, and project implementation plans in alignment with approved project schedules and scope objectives.
- Collaborate and engage with customers, vendors, and partners to ensure project deliverables and objectives are met.
- Prepare all required system documentation, operational procedures, and project-related paperwork, including term/long-term project documents.
- Ensure systems under maintenance meet customer expectations related to Service Level Availability (SLA), safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Effectively articulate and coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal peers to align towards shared project goals and objectives.
- Work shift duties (8 or 12 hours) based on roster requirements; shift allowance applies according to company shift rates.
- Assist the Manager in preparing and submitting technical documents for bids and proposal activities.
- Support day-to-day CNS operations including fault rectification, issue resolution, and maintaining operational efficiency.
- Prepare shift log reports, consolidate monthly performance reports, and ensure seamless communication and operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Class 3 Manual Driving Licence (Must Have) Preferably with an Engineering background (Electrical, Electronics, RF or related).
- Strong communication skills for effective coordination, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Willingness and ability to perform shift work as required.
