Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Supervisor to work closely with the project team to ensure successful execution of projects in line with contractual requirements, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Work hand-in-hand with the project team to develop a clear and shared understanding of project strategy, scope, and objectives.

Conduct in-depth reviews and analyses of all projects and should be able to prepare claim reports and contract documents to ensure full familiarity with specifications, requirements, and deliverables.

Carry out frequent inspections to ensure all works are executed in accordance with contractual scope, customer requirements, and approved standards.

Identify deviations promptly and initiate corrective actions to maintain quality and compliance.

Collaborate with safety units to plan, implement, and manage safety programs for each project, ensuring full compliance with safety regulations at all times.

Support project managers and engineers in project planning, coordination, scheduling, and preparation of project progress reports.

Monitor project timelines and ensure activities are completed within stipulated time

Requirements & Qualifications

Ability to read, understand, and interpret marine specifications and drawings.

Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple tasks on the project.

Proven ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
