Job Summary

You will take lead for project planning and execution of electronic access control, CCTV, and integrated security management systems. Provide on-site technical support to diagnose and resolve system issues, reporting outcomes via a cloud portal. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support advanced security technologies including Face Recognition, Finger Biometric, Mifare Smartcard, IP CCTV, and Web-Based/Mobile Software.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects involving electronic access control, CCTV, and integrated security management systems to meet client requirements and timelines
• Provide on-site technical diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software issues, ensuring system reliability and client satisfaction
• Document and report technical support activities and system status through a cloud portal for transparency and continuous improvement
• Develop proficiency in supporting advanced security technologies such as Face Recognition, Finger Biometric, Mifare Smartcard, IP CCTV, and Web-Based/Mobile Software to enhance service delivery
• Travel to client sites as required to deliver hands-on support and system implementation

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or equivalent

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working with CCTV, Access Control, or Integrated Security systems

Other Information

• Basic technical training will be provided
• Work schedule: 5 days per week, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
• Location: Near Ubi and Macpherson MRT stations
