Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project & Operations Executive to coordinate and support the execution of learning and digital content projects. You will collaborate with Learning Design, Multimedia, and Development teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth internal operations.
Responsibilities
- Track project schedules, deliverables, and team progress to support project managers in meeting deadlines
- Maintain and update project trackers, reports, and internal documentation to ensure accurate project status visibility
- Coordinate meetings, prepare detailed minutes, and follow up on action items to drive accountability and progress
- Liaise with internal teams to facilitate timely updates and seamless handoffs across project phases
- Assist in preparing client submissions, organizing files, and managing version control to maintain project integrity
- Execute general administrative tasks including scheduling, procurement coordination, and office support to enable operational efficiency
- Prepare simple reports, monitor project expenses, and support HR or operational paperwork to ensure compliance and smooth workflows
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative support, preferably within creative, digital, or learning industries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to manage documentation and communication effectively
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently
- Effective communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting
