About the Job

• Residential and civil projects
• All jobs listed are based in Singapore only.

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of working experience
• Experienced in HDB / Condominium / Private residential (bungalows and semi-detached / commercial / roadwork projects)
• Overseeing and directing construction projects to completion (end-to-end stage)
• Contribute to project planning, design and technical specifications for tenders
• Involvement in the preparation of tender documents for the bidding of projects
• Attend relevant meeting sessions with owner/clients/contractors
• Coordinate and direct workers and subcontractors
• Select tools, materials, equipment and track inventory
• Meet contractual conditions of performance
• Review work progress and prepare internal and external reports
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
• Work together with other engineering disciplines in determination and preparation of feasibility study and design
• Ensure site work is as per scheduled and according to local safety rules/regulations
