Job Responsibilities:

• Developing comprehensive project plans, including defining scope, objectives, timelines and budget.
• Assembling and leading a project team, assigning tasks, and providing direction and motivation.
• Identifying and mitigating potential project risks that could impact project success.
• Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial goals are met.
• Liaising and holding meetings with clients and subcontractors to ensure that all requirements by clients and relevant authorities are adhered.
• Maintaining clear and regular communication with project stakeholders, including subcontractors, vendors, team members and upper management.
• Ensuring all project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
• Addressing issues and challenges that may arise during the project and finding effective solutions.
• Handling changes in project scopes or objectives and assessing their impact on the projects.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards, best practices and relevant regulations.
• Allocating time efficiently and meeting project deadlines.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Senior Project Manager/MD.
