Job Scope & Responsibilities
- Responsible to lead, coordinate, and deliver each development or improvement project within set budget, timeline and quality.
- Identify, verify, agree to, and communicate project goal, requirements and desired outcome with key details; working closely with the Chief Product Officer.
- Develop clear understanding of the tech stack & capabilities and the business operations and logics as you prepare and structure the project plan which includes product & workflow breakdown showing the levels of specific tasks and activities.
- Responsible for communicating effectively among the internal and external stakeholders, with an astute judgement in managing, monitoring, and delivering the agreed scope, budget, timelines, and quality to meet customers satisfaction.
- Lead and Manage the Tech and Ops teams to ensure effective collaboration within the teams to deliver better product quality, continuous improvement, and Quality Assurance.

Job & Skill Requirements
- Minimum a good Bachelor's Degree preferably in Information Technology, Information Systems with 3-4 years’ relevant work experience in software development project management, preferably in a software development startup.
- Familiarity with agile development and PM tools like Trello is essential.
- Detail oriented, meticulous in monitoring & organizing time and resources.
- Good communication & negotiation skills to set project timeline, quality and required resource; resolve conflicts and maintain harmony.
- Ability to keep calm & grounded within the team, manage ambiguous situations and deliver project on target.
