Overview

Manage the end-to-end delivery of software development projects, from planning and scoping to implementation and post-launch support. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and alignment on project goals. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to identify and mitigate any risks or issues. Facilitate regular project meetings and status updates to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged. Implement and oversee project management processes and best practices to drive efficiency and continuous improvement. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project management team members.
