Qualifications

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Project Manager will be responsible for the full cycle of project delivery - from planning and design to installation, testing, handover, and after-sales support. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership, and communication skills to manage internal teams, subcontractors, and client relationships effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Project Planning & Execution
  • Manage end-to-end project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with timeline, budget, and quality requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, technical documentation, and progress reports.
2. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, suppliers, installers, and internal teams to align project activities and expectations.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Engineering departments to ensure smooth handover and execution.
3. Site Supervision & Technical Oversight
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
  • Provide on-site guidance and resolve technical or operational issues promptly.
4. Risk & Compliance Management
  • Identify potential project risks early and implement corrective actions to mitigate impact.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations, as well as BCA, SCDF, and MCST standards.
5. Team Leadership & Support
  • Lead and support project team members to ensure clear communication, accountability, and timely delivery.
  • Foster a collaborative, problem-solving, and results-oriented work environment.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in security systems, electrical, or M&E industries.
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, alarm, and intercom systems is an advantage.
  • Familiar with Singapore regulations and approval processes (BCA, SCDF, MCST procedures).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint, TEAMS, etc).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • PMP or related certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Valid Class 3/3A driver's license for site travel preferred.

WORK SCHEDULE
  • Location: Singapore, Near Paya Lebar MRT
  • Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
